Games and Applications Moderator

Responsibilities:

Content Monitoring: Checking and approving user-generated content (posts, comments, images, videos) for compliance with community rules and standards.

Rule Enforcement: Removing content that violates the rules and taking action against users who break the rules (e.g., warnings, temporary or permanent bans).

User Interaction: Responding to user questions, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive atmosphere in the gaming community. Feedback: Collecting and conveying feedback from users to the development team and administration.

Customer Support: Assisting in resolving technical and other issues faced by users.

Reporting:

Keeping records of identified violations, actions taken, and the overall community situation. Analysis and Process Improvement: Participating in the development and improvement of moderation policies and community rules.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Higher education or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience as a moderator or in a related field for at least 1 year (preferred).
• Experience playing various video games and using different applications (desirable).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PC usage and knowledge of basic office software. Experience with content management systems and moderation tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of gaming mechanics and technologies.

Personal Qualities:

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively assess situations and make decisions.
• Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Friendliness and stress tolerance.
• Passion for games and applications.

• Experience with analytical tools for monitoring user activity.
• English language proficiency at least at an intermediate level.
